- Please redeem for this reward online at no additional charge. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service hotline at the back of your Card for any redemption at a nominal fee of 800 Membership Rewards points per call.
- Please email a copy of Membership Rewards voucher to Cellarmaster Wines at orders@cmwines.com.sg with your contact number and delivery address.
- Merchant will be in contact within 3 working days to arrange for one-time free delivery.
- Please hand Membership Rewards voucher to delivery staff.

- Redemption Certificate is valid for 6 months from the Date of Issuance as stated on the Certificate.
- Redemption Certificate Terms & Conditions:

- Subject to the approval of American Express, the Merchant reserves the right to replace items of similar or higher value in event of stock out.
